“BB and Junior have been hanging out in MLB clubhouses since the 1970s.  After all, their fathers, Bobby and Ken Sr., were both All-Star outfielders.  In the 1990s, the superstar sons reigned as the two most complete outfielders in all of baseball.  Barry won three MVP Awards while averaging 36 homers and 34 steals.  Griffey won every Gold Glove of the decade and went yard 381 times.  Interestingly, on the career list of father/son home runs, the Bonds and Griffey families rank one-two, respectively.”

Ken Griffey Jr. is back with the Seattle Mariners this season, and I have a feeling it might be his final season before retiring.  Barry Bonds is still considered damaged goods, and he probably wishes he could sign on with the Pirates for just one more season, but that would be wishful thinking.
