		<description>For oddball memorabilia items like these, the best place to check the market value is eBay.  From my search, it doesn&#039;t look like there is much demand at all for these folders.  A vintage Topps Duo-Tang folder can be had on eBay for about $5 after shipping costs, but I don&#039;t see any buyers even at that price.</description>
