2001 Topps hobby boxes

2001 Topps celebrated the 50th anniversary of Topps baseball cards.  Each hobby box contained 36 packs with 10 cards per pack.  Series 2 packs with randomly inserted memorabilia cards contained 9 cards.

Both series include original Topps cards randomly inserted, and autographs of current and retired greats.

The series 1 box top features Mike Piazza, Mark McGwire, and Nomar Garciaparra.  Randomly inserted are Topps Combos, Shot Heard ‘Round the World autographs, and Through the Years inserts.

The series 2 box top features Ivan Rodriguez, Barry Bonds, and Chipper Jones.  Randomly inserted are Rookie card reprint game-worn jersey cards, single season record holder game-worn jersey cards, and manager autographed game-used base cards.
