Hello, great site! Was wondering if you could give me some advice? I recently bought two boxes of Topps 2008 and both guaranteed two relics and an auto, but neither had two relics. Great boxes
(Pulls), but didn’t get the promised relics any suggestions?

My guess is that you bought two “hobby boxes” instead of “jumbo boxes”. Each 2008 Topps hobby box is guaranteed 1 autograph or relic, while each 2008 Topps jumbo box is guaranteed 1 autograph and 2 relics.

If your box has 36 packs of 10 cards each, then you have a hobby box. If your box has 10 packs of 46 cards each, then you have a jumbo box. Jumbo boxes are normally twice the price of hobby boxes.

Now if you’re certain you bought jumbo boxes instead of hobby boxes, and you didn’t get the promised relics, I would call Topps customer service and let them know.
